Prospectus along with form is available at Habib Bank Limited HBL and BOK UST Bannu branch in cash payment of Rs. 1000/-
Fill in the form completely and attach previous academic certificates photocopies, domicile, photographs.
You also can download the application form from the below given link of www.ustb.edu.pk. But in case of downloading the application form, you must have to attach a bank draft of Rs, 1000 along with the admission required documents.
Make sure that your application form is dully filled and completed and resubmit it to the relevant department before till the last of submission of application form.
