Six recent colored passport size photographs.
Two attested copies of intermediate, A-Level or any other equivalent certificate.
Two attested copies of Matriculation certificate.

Two attested photocopies of Bachelor degree (If applying for any Master program).
Two attested copies of Bachelor mark sheet (If applying for any Master program).
Result awaiting students will have to furnish undertaking. Application form without required documents will be rejected.
